Shipping policy

Elogical-llc.com offers 1-5 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, Elogical-llc.com orders may experience delays. Standard business day shipping is FREE on orders $90 and over (excluding taxes) – no promotion code needed. For merchandise orders totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $4 - $5 (The above is only applicable to US residents) for Standard Day shipping. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend.

Hawaii & Alaska

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS (Priority) standard shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services. Shipping is FREE for orders $90 and over and $5.00 for orders under $50. 

Puerto Rico

We ship to Puerto Rico via our 1-3 business day standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are also available.

P.O. Box

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders $90 and over and $5.00 for orders under $50 We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to P.O. Box addresses. 


APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. Shipping is FREE on orders $90 and over, and $5.00 on orders under $50.


Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Elogical Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our office on weekends or the following US holidays:

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-5 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.
